I have pain in my testis?

Two days ago, I was jogging around the athletics field to warm up, on my last run, I sprinted and while i sprinted, i realized my /testis began to feel very hot, after the sprint, I jumped and I felt my whole pubic area in pain from the to the testicles, the pain has gone but it is still there and I can sometimes feel like a small pain in my left testicle, please help me
