Is having CM after ovulation normal?

I got a positive ovulation test Tuesday around lunch time. We BD last Sunday and Tuesday night. I know i've read that CM gets dry and sticky and then goes away after ovulation. Mine is still like lotion. And just as much as when I was ovulating. Does anyone know why i'm still having CM? Normal? Also, This is pretty much the only kinda CM I had this month at one time it did get a little more clear and watery, but mostly it was white and lotion like. Could I have still conceived even though I did not have EWCM? Thanks!!!
