Does anyone know for sure if One Tree Hill Will Return For a Seventh season?

They're negotiating contracts right now because the actors signed on for 6 seasons, so right now nothing is for sure. But I know that Chad Michael Murray who plays Lucas is rumored to not want to do a season 7. But, some of the actors want to do a season 7 and have signed on. So right now, I guess time will tell.
