I need help with my eyeliner! It always smudges?

Try purchasing a waterproof pencil liner for your bottom lid. I use black khol that comes in a powder form and swipe that on my water line. It gives the same effect and I don't get that weird smudging that makes you look like a raccoon. You can also try only applying liner to the outer corners of your bottom lashes. It makes your eyes look bigger. :)
