How can I stop myself from worrying about my friend who lives in Hawaii who is in danger of a tsunami?

I started becoming friends with this young lady who lives in Hawaii about a month ago and I actually talked a lot to her. I've discovered her from an famous you tuber's videos. I've heard that there is going to be a major earthquake that's going to make an catastrophic tsunami that would hit Hawaii from the news this morning. I don't know if she actually knows about this but i wanted to tell her about this. How can I tell my friend about this earth quake ?? What could I do to stop worrying ?? Can anyone please help me out ??? I think she knows nothing about the earth quake.
