How many HPV outbreaks do people usually have?

How many outbreaks of warts does someone typically have before they usually stop? My body got rid of the first round on its own and I think more are starting to appear again. It's been about 3 months since my body cleared the first round. I don't understand. My immune system has been rocking. Haven't been sick in over a year. Not even a cold and I work with tons of people everyday so I'm bewildered that it might be reappearing again. Is this disease going to be symptomatic forever? Please help.
