Can anyone recommend a good super small PC that has a USB port?

I have Verizon's EV-DO BroadBandAccess Service, and want to get it on something super portable (I have a laptop, but it's to big). I need a handheld, PDA, blackberry, tablet, or something small. Absolute biggest would be 8" x 8". It has to run regular windows, OR a good distro of linux that can be configured to work with a USB Verizon modem card. (MUST HAVE USB PORT). I'm looking to be cheap and spend only a few hundreds - I just need email and internet mostly. I'm in a contract and can't just get regular blackberry service or something - so don't suggest it.
