Obesity Problem!!!?
you aren't obese- you are still growing and very young. The best thing you can do for yourself is try to drink more water and less soda and juice. I lost 35 pounds playing basketball so you can try that or any other sport that makes you run like soccer or track or swimming. good luck and you are still young okay you still have a lot of growing to do so don't worry too much about your weight right now. It's great that you are aware of a possible problem and want to do something about it. I was a very big kid too and kids were mean to me. But when I turned 16 I lost all of the weight and everything got better. Just try to do a sport and drink more water okay and relax.
