Microscopic black and white bugs on my bed?

I have hundreds of tiny, microscopic (probably the size of a pencil tip) black and white bugs in my bed. They're only congested on and by my pillow, though. I've done everything. I've washed the sheets dozens of times, I've washed my quilt, I've replaced my pillows, I've vacuumed, and they keep coming back! I don't know what to do. They're not coming from me because I'll put fresh sheets on the bed, leave for a couple of hours, and come back and they're there! they don't seem like bed bugs, because they're smaller than the size of a tick. And they bite, too. I have red bumps all up and down my arms and across my back. I've seen a couple of "flying ants" in my room a couple of times. Could they be the babies of these ants? I don't know! Help!
