I Have a Business But No License Help?

My friend and i started a small moving company and have been workin for a few weeks, We are looking to get the llc, licensed bonded and insured.. for the mean time can we get into any trouble for working unlicensed? Law wise? Were not making a TON of money.. but some income.. to save for all the stuff we need.. What will we need to Run a Full Moving company? We dont have a Truck, We Load Peoples Trucks or Rent one from a moving truck company.. So Yeah what do i need// what kind of trouble can i get in?
