Help! I cannot stop shredding my eczema!?

I am at the point of desperation. I get in the shower every night just to run hot water over and then apply hydrocortisone. I know hot water dries, but I am so desperate that it is the only thing that gives me even temporary relief. It is all up and down both arms, on my neck, on my chest, abdomen, lower belly and thighs. I have tried all cotton, cleaning with the mildest of detergents, rinsing three times..everything. I am so embared at work because I have to cover up. I itch so much without control that I am causing bleeding and infection. WHAT DO I DO? I have tried all steroids, change of diet..doctors..I am almost suicidal!
